Thomas Bryan’s Bio

I’m involved with AUL because I believe in its mission to provide a comprehensive and quality high school education for students who come from uncertain living conditions. As a professional working in affordable housing, I understand the importance having a safe and stable home makes in a student’s success at school. As I work to ensure everyone in Colorado has an opportunity for housing stability and economic prosperity, I also want to ensure that students who come from uncertain living conditions have a place to go where they fell accepted and are given an opportunity to succeed.

Cameron Burke

Board Member

I’m a former teacher at AUL and am currently an accountant.

I’m involved with AUL because I believe in the AUL mission; I left teaching for personal reasons but I remain committed to what AUL does for the young people it serves.

James Greer

Board Secretary

James Greer is currently a nonprofit executive that helps support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He has held many leadership roles within the areas of Healthcare, Human Services and Retail Operations. James’ focus is on operational efficiency, quality of service delivery, cost containment and organizational financial performance.

James is the first in his family to graduate college. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as a Bachelors in Management from DeVry University.

James loves spending time with his 3 sons as well as his granddaughter.

I am involved with AUL because of the its mission and vision for providing a necessary alternative educational need to Denver Public Schools. I have always believed that a traditional brick and mortar educational experience is not for everyone.

Christine Sneller
Board Treasurer

Christine Sneller is a highly experienced operations and management professional who has developed a strong understanding of international markets and cultures and expertise in mobility software, office management, accounting processes, education and training. Christine is a business visionary and high achiever who is passionate about creating and nurturing an environment which supports learning and achievement. She currently runs her own business as a Bookkeeper.

I am involved with AUL because I believe in school choice. I think it is important for all people to have access to quality education and resources to help them meet those challenges. I enjoy watching students learn and have success in their lives both personally and intellectually.
